We updated our old boiler to a new system. Our first estimate was over what Air Max quoted and they did more than our first install quote. I was recommended Air Max by a good friend and Air Max delivered prompt and professional service and added extras for us (e.g. caping our chimney and added extra run/baseboard in our basement). The install looks great. Any concerns/questions that I had Air Max addressed immediately. The installers were all very professional and courteous. I would recommend Air Max for any HVAC needs.
Hands down the best. I had multiple estimates done and Air Max was quick, on time and simple compared to some others I had. Professional staff, good communication and customer service is spot on. They've helped me twice in recent years. Kala at the office was great. What I mean by that is she is both personable and very educated, as she clearly explained some things over the phone while making an appointment. German was efficient.
4 years back they helped to refill my refrigerant for the a/c unit that had a tiny leak, and threw a sealant in there to extend the life. Which has saved me from replacing the unit. This time around; there was a build-up of water that I couldn't source (likely from a clogged condensation trap / drain. Not sure. However rust was visible from the inside of the furnace unit.
