Natalie is very professional, and always asks to make sure the amount of pressure used is comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and provides valuable insight from her many years of experience as an esthetician anytime I had questions. I don't know how many times I fell asleep during our sessions (yes, even micro needling) from how comfortable she made me. She has a small and cozy studio where you just feel very relaxed. The therapist was quickly able to determine the spots that needed more attention than others without any input from me, and knew all the techniques to dig deep without being to painful.“
