“I found a leak coming from my roof to my basement called MN Smart Homes on recommendation from others.
General Manager Aren was able to make it to my house same day and treated me with kindness and compassion as I was full of anxiety from the water coming into the house. They were able to quickly diagnose where the leak was coming from by using thermal cameras and able to do the repair while it was still raining and gave me tips for drying the damage.
They were respectful of my home taking their shoes off and always knocking before re-entering the home.
Aren walked me through where the damage had come in through and provided me pictures for the leaking vent cover on the roof.

I would absolutely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks !“

“Born Carpentry recently replaced the roof and gutters on my home. The experience from my side could not have gone any better. After I initiated the claim with my home insurance, Tony worked through the details of the job meeting with the adjuster to go over the hail damage to my home. It was a huge relief having Tony on my side to ensure that all of the damage was accounted for and brought to the attention of the adjuster.

The day that the job was done was incredibly smooth. The dumpster showed up early in the morning along with the crew. Tear off began immediately and the roofing materials arrived a couple of hours later. By 4:30 in the afternoon the work was done and all debris cleaned up. The dumpster was picked up early evening and after it was gone, there was no trace of evidence they were here... other than the beautiful new roof on my home!

“I hired James earlier this year to replace flooring and a door in my basement bedroom that I wanted to convert to a home office. From the beginning, James was professional and courteous, and his communication was excellent.
