Excellent dental care! It is like a family. The staff are wonderful and get to know you personally! My entire family goes here. My kids never fear going to the dentist. Dr. "Kay" is gentle and caring. He always makes each visit comfortable and explains everything well. He is very calm. He also makes sure you are well numbed before procedures and adjusts accordingly throughout. The dental hygienist we usually have is delightful, gentle and very knowledgeable about everything. My children have been going here for the past 3 years and every visitation has been a great experience! From the receptionists to the dentists, every encounter has been pleasant and educational. I especially had a great phone conversation with Kory the other day regarding concerns I had about my daughter. She happily spent time breaking down what symptoms I needed to look for and how to take care of my daughter without making me feel unwelcome nor rushed. Highly recommend!
We just had stellar service at Gracepoint today. Everyone- including the front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist were super-helpful, kind, and gentle. We have had cleanings, crowns, and fillings done there, and have had consistently great experiences. We would recommend them to anyone.
