“Lang Builders did a complete MAJOR remodel of our main level about 1200 square feet in October 2023. Lang Builders built our home in 1996 and have completed all our additions since. (laundry room addition in 2005, 4 season porch in 2010, complete master bath remodel in 2019) . They are honest, hard working, hands on craftsmen who do an amazing job. We stayed in our home during the remodel and while it was not easy Tim and Justin Lang and all the employees were like family. They did an excellent job in sticking to a very tight schedule communicating with us daily. The quality of work is superb. Honestly, there is no one I would trust more . It says a alot when you use the same builder for almost 30 years.“

“I hired James earlier this year to replace flooring and a door in my basement bedroom that I wanted to convert to a home office. From the beginning, James was professional and courteous, and his communication was excellent. I am a female and in my thirties, and home remodeling of any kind is not in my realm of expertise, so I really appreciated that James explained things to me thoroughly without being condescending. He gave me a quote upfront and stuck to that price. He also put me in touch with one of his vendors so I could pick out the flooring, and I was very happy with that company. James and his brother removed the old carpeting and installed the new LVP flooring and it turned out perfectly. He also went through the trouble of finding the office door that I wanted instead of me searching for something on my own. I had done my research on the door I wanted, and what James found matched what I was expecting in looks, quality, and price. He also kindly gave me advice on some things I decided to tackle on my own (caulking, sanding, etc.) and that was appreciated. During the time I spent with James, I found him to be very meticulous in his work, which was reflected in the final product of my room. Paul was recommended by a neighbor during a time when dozens of random company reps were coming to the door. Paul did an initial inspection that put us at ease about the condition of our home and remained a trusted partner in getting things addressed going forward. He was readily available for two insurance inspections. We received multiple positive comments from those inspectors about Paul's professionalism and knowledge and character. Paul provided guidance and education in the process of selecting materials and colors. He was a critical thinker and actively invested in helping us make the best decisions. Throughout the duration of the work, Paul was onsite multiple times and communicating on the phone. We needed some other storm damage work done by another company and Paul offered to be present for the consultation with that rep. We appreciated having Paul's perspective in that decision making process. Again, we received positive comments about Paul's character and professionalism from that company rep. “We have wanted to get in touch with EZ Home Solutions for a few years now. We finally got around to it just recently to get soffit and facia trim work done to our house. Shaun Hansen was the main guy we spoke with in person about the details of the trim work we wanted. Easy going person to interact with. Straight forward and didn't pressure or nickel and dime us, which is a huge positive in dealing with contractors. We even got to meet his "travel assistant" Coco, the dog. She was a nice dog. The trim work was extremely fast and efficient. Done in half a day. Bryan was the lead of a big crew. Very easy going person as well. Shaun came over a few times as the work was being done to check on how things were going. The wasps were a big problem. I felt bad about that. They handled the situation very well. They were all professionals. The only thing that was unexpected was the crew got rid of our gutters. They were replaced at no cost to us. Hassle free. It was an all around good experience and I'm very satisfied with EZ Home Solutions. I highly recommend using their service services. Very satisfied with the work.“

“Merrick and every single person that works for him are top notch! I'm not sure who the other people are that reviewed them in such negative ways. We have had a lot of challenges in our old house and they tackled each one professionally. All of our crown molding fascia on the outside had to be removed. They came up with a design that would fit our new copper gutters. It looks amazing, all of the neighbors have been texting us! Merrick check in with me daily to provide updates. He meets with the crew off and on throughout the day. We sit down for coffee weekly to discuss change orders, status of project and review questions. The team is amazing, they always come to work happy, laughing and truly like working together. There is no smoking or loud music. They are all highly trained and expert carpenters, painters and problem solvers! I have already recommended them to friends and family. “I inherited multiple issues after moving into my house two years ago. Two large concrete sections of my driveway (adjacent to the garage) had sunk about an inch. This was causing issues with snowplowing in the winter and created a nice lip between the concrete and my garage floor, which was now cracking. The other major issue was I had a basement underneath my garage and was getting water leakage from that same area. Scott assessed the problem correctly, was able to replace the concrete sections, which fixed everything in my driveway and garage AND stopped the water leakage below! He did an amazing job and it's clear his 30 years of experience played a role in resolving these issues.“

“We contacted On Time Contractors for a quote to finish our basement after reading many positive reviews on Angie’s list. Their price was lower than the other two quotes we had and they were able to start almost right away. Aleh and his crew were very hard workers. They showed up when they said they would and worked quickly. They were flexible with us and let us be as involved as we wanted to be as far as picking out finishes on our own and crediting us when we did end up getting thing ourselves.Our basement was a pretty in-depth project. It’s an older house and didn’t have a bathroom rough in, and they had to move the main stack to make room for the bathroom. All in all we were very happy and have recommended them to a coworker, who was also quite happy. The only stressful part was that sometimes I would need to pick out something on short notice (I am not a fast decision maker and so a few days notice to have the plumbing fixtures picked out was not easy for me). I’d definitely use On Time again. Just be prepared to do some of the design aspect yourself if you want a wide selection. Some of the options we were given were limited, but he was fine with me picking out stuff on my own (tile, quartz counters, etc)(Side note, I initially thought they were a franchise, but they are not.
