“We had no running water and called Mike Husnik on his business line early on a Tuesday morning (the day after Memorial Day). He answered and told me he would send his son, Cory over to assess the situation that same day! Cory nailed down the issue to a failing well pump and was able to come back the next morning (Wednesday) exactly when he told me he would. Cory needed to trim a tree to get his truck in and was very careful with the trimming (remember, this is a well guy)! Then from the very beginning to the end of his work to extract and replace the pump Cory was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, had all the right equipment and knew exactly how to use it all! I was able to watch him do the work and during this time he was patient and helped me understand well systems and how they work...very personable! He made sure the water was clear before we used it in our house and finished the job completely, including clean up. Before he came into our house he removed his shoes so there was no mess what so ever in the house! Everything about this job was completely impressive! One of my neighbors recommended Husnik's to me because he told me they had been around a long time and had a very good reputation. “They installed a sump pump with battery backup a little over a year ago. We were gone for the winter. When we returned it would only operate on the battery backup. We called Mike and he was out the same morning and replaced it under warranty. I'm very pleased with the attention and timeliness of the repair. Definitely recommend them.“
