Had water coming up the drain in basement. Called about 1:00 PM. Person answering the phone was pleasant, listened well, took my basic info and said a service person would be out yet this afternoon. Service person arrived in about an hour, quickly diagnosed a problem with the lift station pump and fixed the issue. Service person’s name was Fordy. He was courteous, cleaned up the problem promptly and seemed very knowledgeable. Also gave me a little booklet and told me about all the other services available. And it had a $25.00 coupon for my next service, which for me is an electrical issue. Will definitely recommend this company to all my friends. Very reasonable... read full review
Brandon came out to hookup my air conditioner. I had a heater & air conditioner installed this winter by Neighborhood Plumbing & Heating. Brandon was polite & professional. Was knowledgeable with what he was doing. When done, asked if I had any questions and I was totally happy with his service. Thanks Brandon!
Dustin was very knowledgeable and helpful with my AC repair. He offered tangible solutions to the problem, and also added valuable insight and advice regarding future repairs; ie: hot water heater replacement; furnace/ac replacement further down the line. Very courteous and pleasant to do business with.
