“The kindness, compassion even at 2:40am on a Sunday when I showed up with an emergency will not be forgotten. Great place and highly recommend.“

“Got my little dog in quickly when she developed a cough. They get you in a room quickly, and Dr. Berends is ready to see you right away - there is no waiting. No pushing of unnecessary testing or meds - just a thorough exam and recommendations to start with the least invasive treatment. Really happy with the treatment my dog gets here - staff are so nice!“
“Dr. Predmore is awesome. I am so happy to have found his clinic He is awesome, available and affordable. Intelligent, knowledgeable, down to earth, friendly, a very caring vet with a good sense of humor and reasonable fees
I’m new . to Rochester and had an emergency doggie situation last night… I called and he told me to come on over. It was 7:30 pm … I could not have found a better doc! Thank you Dr. Predmore. You are the man!“
“Making veterinary care easier...No need to worry about carriers and struggling to take your pets to the vet when the vet comes to your house. We have multiple pets at any given time. Currently our lot includes 5 cats and a dog. We like the ease of getting an appointment when we need one. There are no protests, and no panic from our pets (although we generally corral them into a small room before the vet arrives).Dr Kraus has taken care of our pets for >15 years and done well by all of them. She is willing to research and willing to refer for anything out of her capacity. Dr Kraus works with specialists in many areas as needed. We have been very happy with her no-nonsense approach and her genuine care for our furry kids. Please note: You will have to hold your pet during exams and vaccinations, so if you're not comfortable holding them still, a home visit may not be a good option for you.Keep in mind a home visit is a great choice when euthanasia is needed. Your pet can be put to sleep in the comfort of home rather than traumatized by a trip to the vet.“
