I’m not sure who the staff member was three years ago with the bad reviews on here but whoever helped me today with relieving back pain from a stressful flight was amazing. She was kind, listened to my concerns about being extra sore in specific areas, and she applied the right amount of pressure for me. She also did not rush me and I paid at the end of the service (different from what the other reviews said when paying before service). They got me in same day on a walk in. Is it a glamorous spot to get a massage, no, but they got the job done well. Keep in mind you’re paying roughly $90 for an hour here verses $250+for a regular spa massage. If you’re looking for the fancy spa experience, this is not the place. If you want relief from chronic pain and tension, I cannot recommend her enough. I got a massage focused on only my shoulders/neck and I am in awe of the pain relief. Don’t care if she answers the phone for a quick minute, it’s so worth it. I’m definitely coming back on a regular basis.
