Laura who works here is so generous and kind. I am coming from out of town and where I am staying does not have a steamer/ iron. I dropped off a dress needing same day pressing service and she did so in under an hour. I am so grateful for her going above and beyond to make sure I was wedding guest ready!

Customer service is alive and well and it lives in Minneapolis. Actually Channhassen...at the dry cleaners. They fixed my daughter’s zipper in her dress on the spot! And for free.. The store manager did it. Their tailor wasn't there. She didn't have to do that. I'm impressed. If you ever need dry cleaning done here...go to Pilgrim Dry Cleaners! ?
