I loved the online “hold your place in line check in” feature. It was spot on. We also very much appreciated being sent directly to a room to wait for our care team. Overall, best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.
Absolutely phenomenal work by the urgent care staff for our little ones cut on her forehead. You made us as her parents feel at ease and did amazingly at keeping our little one calm while you fixed her up. Thank you all so much for your kindness and the top notch care from walking in to leaving.
I have always had a superb experience at this location, from the front desk staff to nurses and doctors. The check in online feature is fantastic and really helps from having to sit in a lobby with a bunch of other sick people.
