I was pleasantly surprised by LL Flooring's wide selection of laminate, wood and vinyl floor designs. The manager was a wealth of information about the pros and cons of each material and provided several samples for me to take home and consider. Two samples were not in stock and she arranged to have them mailed to me at no cost. A very enjoyable shopping experience!

I recently had wood flooring installed in my big room and kitchen..the installers were so polite and professional..the work was done in 2 days..they had to remove linoleum floor and do there installing of my new floor...I bought my flooring in Chanhassen and my experience was great..knowledgeable people and answered all my questions..I will be back to have them put in my basement flooring when I'm ready...Thank you so much for the best floor ever!

Not knowing all the new flooring products that are now available, we went in clueless. Mitchell and Dan were super patient with us and explained the differences between all the products. We never felt pressured or rushed. Mitchell took his time to go through all the different options and prices. He was very flexible and patient. I have not received this much service anywhere.Thank you Mitchell!
