We had Carpet one come twice to our house for carpeting. The man that did our upstairs did a great job. The two men that came and did our lower level did a very poor job where the carpet meets the tile transitions. You could literally lift up the carpet it was so loose. Jarod sent back one of the men to fix it. Unfortunately, it is worse...we would have been better off doing it ourselves with carpet adhesive. The carpet is now frayed at the tile transitions. He restretched the carpet and cut it.
