I am a renter and A & K was hired to do flooring, drywall repair and painting in my basement after water damage. They were amazing and I can't say enough positive things! Very punctual, clean, organized and thorough. They finished a whole day earlier than planned. They also did extra work above and beyond what was asked (patched a hole in drywall that I had caused and semi-repaired, cleaned my gunky and plugged up utility sink). They did amazingly detailed and quality work! Their communication was top notch as well. They even vacuumed my stairs upon completion! Truly would highly, highly recommend this company! We have hired A&K for a few internal painting projects in our house and we are very impressed! They are professional and meticulous. They're super fast and efficient, yet they do really high quality work. In addition, they are very pleasant and polite to work with and just as important, they clean up after themselves! We have hired A&K for several projects, and they have been excellent every time. The most recent was a major project: painting our woodwork white through the entire house, including our stair railing, kitchen cabinets, doors, and bathrooms. They added wainscoting to our kitchen island, and did other small carpentry projects like raising a built-in bookshelf to the ceiling.
