Kelly is very experienced and enjoyable to talk too!! I love her so much and look forward to getting my hair done. I have thin hair from weight loss surgery and she made me feel so much better. She does hair extensions. She is really good at what she does. I’m so thankful for her services.

I sent this email to Element after my appointment and got no response. I would definitely not go there for lashes.I had an appointment for lash extensions on 3/14. I had made the appointment almost a week before that day. When I arrived I was taken to the lash room. I was then informed that the artist/tech did not have the tools to do my lashes. I waited 35-45 minutes while the owner ran to the store to get the supplies and tools needed. We finally got started on my lashes almost an hour after I arrived and my appointment was about to start.This was my first time ever getting lash extensions and I wasn't sure what to expect.
