However, after Brandon arranged for a second inspection by First Choice and our insurer, Farmer's agreed that there was some significant damage and agreed to pay for replacement costs. “I found a leak coming from my roof to my basement called MN Smart Homes on recommendation from others.<br>General Manager Aren was able to make it to my house same day and treated me with kindness and compassion as I was full of anxiety from the water coming into the house. They were able to quickly diagnose where the leak was coming from by using thermal cameras and able to do the repair while it was still raining and gave me tips for drying the damage.<br>They were respectful of my home taking their shoes off and always knocking before re-entering the home.<br>Aren walked me through where the damage had come in through and provided me pictures for the leaking vent cover on the roof.<br><br>I would absolutely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks !“

“We have wanted to get in touch with EZ Home Solutions for a few years now. We finally got around to it just recently to get soffit and facia trim work done to our house. Shaun Hansen was the main guy we spoke with in person about the details of the trim work we wanted. Easy going person to interact with. Straight forward and didn't pressure or nickel and dime us, which is a huge positive in dealing with contractors. We even got to meet his "travel assistant" Coco, the dog. She was a nice dog. The trim work was extremely fast and efficient. Done in half a day. Bryan was the lead of a big crew. Very easy going person as well. Shaun came over a few times as the work was being done to check on how things were going. The wasps were a big problem. I felt bad about that. They handled the situation very well. They were all professionals. The only thing that was unexpected was the crew got rid of our gutters. They were replaced at no cost to us. Hassle free. It was an all around good experience and I'm very satisfied with EZ Home Solutions. I highly recommend using their service services. Very satisfied with the work.“
