Brandon provided excellent service after a hail storm resulted in damage to our roof. An initial inspection by our insurance company suggested that there was no damage. However, after Brandon arranged for a second inspection by First Choice and our insurer, Farmer's agreed that there was some significant damage and agreed to pay for replacement costs. Brandon stuck with us throughout the process, kept us up to date on decisions by our insurer, and ultimately brought an excellent crew to our home and replaced the roof on our home and garage. I have a 100 pound (healthy) black lab named Moose. Laura was great with him! He doesn't much care for the grooming table, it took 3 people to get him up there, but once he was then he was calm. He doesn't usually like his nails clipped & gets grumpy. However, with Laura, he didn't get grumpy & didn't even pull away from her! We will be back!
