We were in a pinch and had a time sensitive repair that needed to be done. Justin was quick to respond and came right out to help. The job was done within 12 hours of us reaching out. We couldn't be more grateful for the fast and efficient service we received. Thanks again!
I contacted Friendly Electric for an issue I was having in my home this morning. I reached out to them because I used them in the past and their service was extremely efficient and professional. This morning I learned they moved North and were no longer in my area. I thought I was going to end up spending a massive amount of money to use another company BUT - the electrician walked me through what needed to be done. He DID NOT KNOW ME but he told me exactly what to do and it resolved my problem while he was on the phone. I thought this was AMAZING! I have no idea about electricity and he could have easily just hung up and let me call another company. But he didn’t. He helped me and didn’t have to. This is the type of person that should be running a company. It wasn’t about money for him - he knew what was wrong and helped me out. I hope Friendly opens another location in our area as they’re the type of company I don’t mind spending money with. True Professionals who take pride in what they do.
