Had a horrific incident that they were able to take care of immediately on a Friday afternoon. They brought us in to the room and took care of our pet with love and care. Set up an appointment for the next day for a follow-up and were just as caring, careful and loving. They made payment very easy and didn't charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit. Glad we have them in our area.
The best decision I ever made was taking Ed to East Central Veterinarians. Ed is my 13 yr old 100 lb mix (17 different ones according to genetics tests - Great Pyrenees 30%, Chow Chow 16%, Chihuahua 16%, and more) who came to me from a rescue 7 years ago. I don't know what happened in his past, but he is terrified of going to the vet or groomer. I tried MANY different places for his nail trims and exams, but East Central was the only place who really heard my concerns and worked with us to determine a regular plan for managing his fear driven aggression so he could get the care he need. I don't know what we would have done without them!
We had to say goodbye to our beloved golden retriever of 13 years. It's a very difficult thing. He was in too much pain and suffering. I wasn't sure what it would be like, but East Central Vet was very compationate and caring for both us and our loved, good old dog. They have a special room just for us to say our goodbyes. They made the experience as good as it could be for such a hard time. Thank you to the whole staff!
