After trying so many thing like PT, acupuncture, holistic natural remedies, tons of OTC pain meds., Prescription nerve blockers, and more, injection after injection... I feel like I have found a Dr. Who is willing to actually do something about my chronic pain and fibromyalgia. I was losing hope and very close to wanting to end it all... Dr. Dan I believe is who I saw and I feel hopeful again and so thankful - he seems like such a knowledgeable, bright, smart Doctor... Thank you!

We had a very good visit! Everyone was on time and knew exactly what had to be done and took the time to explain the changes needed. Along with answering all of my questions. Ali and Isaak did all they could to help me understand what I had to do going forward. Thank you!

Dr Gregory Crewdson is a great Dr. He suggests what procedure would be a beneficial to help me but at the same time lets ME decide. Nura I felt pushed me into surgery. He is compassionate and listens to me. I was not too happy driving to Burnsville. But my next appt. will be at Maplewood office.
