We ordered a bounce house for our wedding and were happy overall with the service provided. The bounce house was clean and well maintained. They were a little late arriving for setup, but otherwise we felt the service was fair for what we paid.

We always have the best experiences with TCI. Their policies are straightforward, their service top notch and all of their employees are professional and kind. The day we rented the inflatable water slide, the weather turned out sunny & warm, but the forecast said rain and TCI was absolutely willing to work with us should we need to reschedule. Even up until 2 hours before our event! In previous years, our experience has been the same. We are so grateful to know you guys are there to make any party a total blast! Highly recommend.

I've been renting bounce houses from TCI for the last 8 years, usually once a year for birthday parties or 4th of July. Wonderful company, they can't make it any easier for set up and take down. They are courteous and professional, take the time to go over instructions and clean the house in front of you. Our family plans on being loyal customers, we love them!
