First of all, I can just tell Jocelyn is a kind soul, and considering massage can be a very vulnerable process, I appreciated that about her so much!
I had a tight, painful shoulder with restricted movement when I walked in, and by the time I walked out I was able to move it with almost no pain. I honestly hadn’t even realized how bad the restriction was and how much I was compensating in other parts of my body until she loosened it up.
I was able to incorporate small weights back into my workout a few days later and I was so pumped!

Edit:: I have been seeing Jocelyn for over 3 years now and she has added Ashiatsu Massages to her menu and WOW it was like no other massage I have ever had. I can’t wait to for my next appointment.
Hands down the best massage I have ever had Jocelyn is amazing!! I see her every two weeks!!
I had my first, and definitely not last massage with Jocelyn on 10/7/24. She carefully listened to my issues and asked questions about them. She gave her genuine time, care, compassion, and recommendations. I can honestly say the next day I felt amazing! I wasn't sure if some of my issues could be improved with this massage and they were!
