We were very pleased to work with Robert’s Residential Remodeling. Our project was a complete remodel of bathroom on the first floor of our 1924 bungalow; from the studs. We had seen the job they did remodeling our friend’s bathroom in their older home. We chose them, in part, because of their initial estimate. It was detailed unlike the estimates we got from other remodeling companies. The project was completed in the time frame discussed. Change orders were accounted for and carefully explained. The project came in on budget. Working with project manager/designer Chris Baumann was great. He is an excellent communicator, checked in frequently, collaborated with us on design preferences and was enjoyable to work with. He worked hard to find the materials we wanted. He is an excellent problem solver. The quality of the work and workers was great. And we love the end result! We highly recommend RRR~
What we loved most about working with Roberts’ on our full kitchen and basement remodel is the care and professionalism they had guiding us thru the entire process. Our project manager, Chris smoothly helped us take our design ideas and make them shine in a house built in 1910! His knowledge base about the ins and outs of working on an old home really put us at ease. Roberts’ did beautiful work, crafted with pride and care. Definitely recommend them for projects big or small!
Working with Roberts Remodeling was a very positive experience. Our remodel project to our 70's home involved a new kitchen, ceilings, wood & tile floors; removal & addition of walls, beautiful custom doors, windows, and cabinets; painting, insulation, electrical, plumbing, new appliances, bath cabinet, and new laundry area in our upper living area. It was a comprehensive project with some anticipated issues and a few surprises as is typical of an extensive remodel that had previous work over the decades. Kory, our designer, and Chris, the project manager, were wonderful to work with, and always available to guide and advise on ways to meet our goals. Communication was superb from all areas including payments, schedule of work, issues to be resolved, expectations, daily check-in, and options. Everyone was readily available for questions. Any issues were resolved promptly with quality workmanship. The project was completed close to contracted timetable and to contracted budget with consideration for allowances for our requests for personal change orders and decisions to upgrade. The custom doors and window was delayed from the manufacturer, but we were kept informed and it was promptly installed and finished once received. We had a malfunctioning new refrigerator, but Chris advocated with the vendor to resolve the problem. The Robert's Residential Remodeling job crew was easy to work with and skilled, and considerate of our property. They cleaned up each day. We love our new space and how it has transformed our home.
