If youre hispanic or black, basically Anything other than white.. do not go here. They will look at you & jusge you based on your appearance. Got rejected here 2x. 1st time was for pain meds. They felt that it was unsafe to provide me pain medication even though i was referred to them! And had major pain in both my knees(which have necrosis in them) 2nd time was for a refill on a pain medication. They felt like there was nothing they could do for me. All they had to do was refill the medication ive been receiving for a year now. They denied my visit & then still proceeded to charge me as if i was seen. Just find another hospital tbh

just came from park nicollett burnsville complex. i will never ever go back there. not a competent person in the hole facility. had a nasal scan to do, so first i have had 5 back surgeries, i have a compression on a nerve right now where i need another, they don't have any parking close to buildings not near enough handicap. the old building has 4 spaces. so they told me it was in the new part so go there first, second floor. checked in, that idiot told me know you have to go to old building. so took the long walk at go to radiology in basement of old building, so i check in and that idiot says no your appt. is at the new building, so go back to new building and lady says yes your appt is here have a seat, so i sit down and this young man comes and says follow me and i say where are we going and he says to the old building. so i told him f_ _ _ k no i been there i am not walking all the way back. and i explained all the places i been so told him to callcel the f_ _king appt. till you know where it is. i will never set foot in that fucking burnsville park nicollet facillity again

***UPDATE*** After leaving Park Nicollet with absolutely no care been given, I had no choice but to try somewhere else. Based on another review here I went to Urgency Room, where a proper doctor took both a quad screen and drew blood. Based on my blood test I tested positive for Mono. It's clear Park Nicolette is only in it for the easiest bill. What a complete joke of a practice.I would give no stars if possible. I've never been so sick in my life - body aches, chills, swollen painful lymph nodes, HUGE tonsils with bumps all over, fever, pins and needles in my hands/feet/face, dizziness, major fatigue. I saw YAKUP OZBEK. He refused to test me for anything. Not strep, not influenza, not mono....nothing. He also wanted to order a shot of ibuprofen even though I told him TWICE that I'd had as much, actually more, ibuprofen and Tylenol that I could take in a 24 hr period. It was clear that my illness simply occurred when it was inconvenient for these people to help me.....close to closing. As if a person can help when they are sick! I asked him to make note in my file that it was HE who chose to not test me.....that I was asking to be tested and but he refused to listen to the patient. Of course, that did not happen. As soon as I asked him to mark that it was HIS decision, he started getting very angry and dismissive. This was a complete waste of time. Word to the wise...go ANYWHERE else.
