From the friendly personality of Blake at check in, to the helpfulness and honesty of finding the perfect pair of glasses with Joe and Julie, my expectations were exceeded. I felt like my tech and doctor were invested in my eye health, and they also made me feel comfortable with the entire eye exam process. I purchased glasses and sunglasses, and I’m really excited to wear them with confidence.“

“The doctor was very nice and I was very satisfied. What I am not happy with is the options for making an appointment. The website says that you can make it through texting, which is preferable for me as I'm often in front of students. So several days after requesting an appointment be made through texting, they called me. I was in front of students. So I called back, got put on hold and I left a message saying I had about 10 minutes before I would no longer be able to talk, again requesting the texting option. 4 days later they called back. I'll still be a patient here, I've been going to them for 65 years. Just wish the appointment/website information was more accurate.“
