Lon was great. He is so honest and worked so hard to resolve my computer issues and did so in a timely manner. He is so reasonable on pricing it's shocking. He is going to be my go to person in the future for any computer issues that is for sure. It is great to see a local businesses owner who is still honest and sincere and hardworking like Lon. I recommend his services 100%
My all in one screen was damaged and Micro Tech got me in right away and had options for me within a couple hours. He was up front about costs for each option and didn't put pressure on for any particular course of action. He walked me through all the steps and I was able to affordably have an option that allowed me to use my computer again by the next day.
No-nonsense but affable workers helped rescue my home Mac which seemed to be irrevocably frozen. The good experience started even before dropping the computer off: I left a message asking for help on Saturday and they’d contacted me twice by Monday morning. They had my computer for a week and kept us abreast of progress (they talked to my wife a few times and she said it was like talking to a favorite uncle), adding RAM and cleaning up the hard drive. We found the final price to be very reasonable, especially considering the amount of time they’d spent on it, and the ultimate value of getting our data back.Highly recommended. We’ll be back when needed.
