If I had to pick one favorite aspect of is company, it's customer service! Other noteable aspects: impecable communication, photos of technicians who are coming to your home, explanations, packages and price points for all family budgets, financing. The day before my father's funeral I learned our 15 year old furnace was leaking gas and needed $2000 in repairs. Needless to say I was overwhelmed. I called Genz-Ryan for a comparative quote that same day. They were fast, understanding, friendly, caring, compassionate, and they explained things in ways I could understand. I called late last week to have my air exchanger looked at. I moved in three years ago and pretty much ignored it. They were able to get me in first thing this morning. Dalton Reynolds was the person who showed up at my door. Very nice and knowledgeable. He gave me his sales pitch and I told him what I wanted and he told me what my choices were. Since I ignored the poor exchanger for three years I thought it deserved to have a makeover. Now I’m set for a few years. I have used Genz-Ryan before and I will use them again.
