We had a great experience. The quoting process was quick, professional, painless. The carpet options were great - they had exactly what we wanted. Install was smooth and professional - great team! All in, definitely would use them again.
Scott Klinepier and his crew at flooring expo were great from start to finish. Everything went as Quoted. Scott was very knowledgeable on the products we selected. No surprises. The crew was very professional, polite and courteous. Done in one day, Carpet was removed and disposed of, Little to no clean up. I was very impressed. I will recommend Flooring Expo to all my friends and Family.
Very happy with carpeting replacement in three rooms and new lvp in kitchen. Tons of product samples in store and work was done as soon as product was received. Worked with Lisa, who helped narrow down the options based on budget and performance desires.
