I'm not quite sure where to begin so I'll simply start with - THANK YOU. Dr. Davies, Dr. Michels, and Dr. Etoll helped us for years with our almost 20 year old cat, Sammy. They guided us through his Hyperthyroid condition and prescribed just the right medicines. Once, he went through a spell where he was pooping outside the litter box and they recommended a calming diffuser that did seem to help. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and compassion that all of the staff showed us over the years. I guarantee they gave us extra years with our Sammy. We moved to MN from West Salem Wisconsin 15 years ago & started to bring our pets to Crossroads Animal Hospital based upon my past Vets recommendation. We had been with them for 30 years. She told me about all of Crossroads accreditations. so I was sold Our dear Molly was a puppy and our kitty Tabitha was just 2 years old. I brought our granddaughters to many of our appointments and we were always greeting warmly plus the girls were able to hear our pets heartbeats. Very exciting. Staff are always so helpful, Dr Julie M, Dr Tracy L, Dr Davies, and Nikki have been there for years, (which is consistent and reassuring), and Dr Etou is a great addition. The main desk area is very welcoming and the patient rooms are always clean and comfortable.
