“I contracted with Adrian and his team to complete full replacement of the roof underlayment and shingles in a moderate-sized area toward the top of the roof on the back of my house. This area of the roof included several major heat/moisture vents, including the ones from the furnace, hot water heater, kitchen stove, and bathroom ceiling vent. The connection of several of these vents to the underside of the roof had developed leaks over the years, and the heat and moisture that had leaked into the attic near them had caused very extensive and severe black, mildew-like infestation, degradation, and weakening of large patches of the roof underlayment. Moreover, the existing shingles/roofing had been improperly installed around several of the vents on the exterior, such that rainwater was also contributing to the dampening of the roof, and eventually to leaks inside the house downward along the vents to both lower levels. I selected Best and Fast almost randomly among from an internet search for the "10 Best Handymen in the Shoreview Area". Upon meeting Adrian, I was immediately impressed by his natural friendly, respectful, and courteous manner, in addition to his obviously very thorough understanding and competence in diagnosing and remediating these significant problems. All the members of his team showed the same courteous style and clear competence and commitment to the tasks at hand. The work was completed in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. I feel truly grateful that I happened onto Adrian and his team, and if all the employees at Best and Fast have a similar admirable work ethic and manner, I can firmly say that they are to be highly recommended.“
