disrespectful staff, and didn't have the proper paperwork they need to tow a car. asked for the towing report and they had no idea what i was talking about even though it's legally required that they provide that. need to include the condition of the car and the name of who towed the vehicle. they don't have the correct paperwork. they also predatorily go through apartment lots and take whatever car looks the nicest vs caring about which cars are actually parked illegally.

My building is through Steven Scott management I called them this morning to let them know that my garage was not working and I could not close it nor walk across the ice due to my disability. I was told by the manager in the office that it was okay for me to park in the parking lot and just use my parking permits in the window and I should not be told. Then I explained to them that they told me that before and my car got towed before I could not Park in the visitors parking spot because all of them were taken. So I parked where management told me to park. And did exactly what they told me to do and put my parking permit in the window what I have for my garage and still... read full review

ILLEGAL PRACTICE. I would like to preface this by saying this is not simply a disgruntled review by somebody who was towed. I pay for parking through my apartment and am to display a parking permit in the top left corner of my windshield (advised by the apartment building as the only allowable place). I come out to find my car was towed and they said it cost $340 to retrieve my vehicle even though their lot is 7 minutes away. They claimed I had no parking permit, come to find out it was slightly obstructed by the glare tint on the top of my windshield. When I showed them this, and explained that it is displayed and if it were any lower it would be in my line of sight... read full review
