I have used Burnsville Heating &Air for over 20 years. They installed and serviced the unit when the home was built and over the years they have replaced the AC/Heating unit as well as service it. They do a great job. Just had them here again on 8/14 and as always, they resolved the issue in a timely and complete manner.
Just as the severe heat wave hit the area, our A/C shut down. Called Burnsville Heating and Cooling and they sent Will out to check on it. He determned that we needed a new fan motor. The main office ordered it along with a new control module (just in case). Will returned the day after the parts arrived and installed the new motor and replaced the old control module that turned out to not work as well. Once the fan motor was rinstalled the cool air flowed again. Will was very helpful in explaining how long it would take to cool the house and future maintenace tips. The response was quick and able to schedule a service call the same day. The technician communicated his schedule well and showed up at the time he had previously told me. Once he arrived he was able to find and fix the problem promptly as well as go over some other items to prevent future problems. I would highly recommend Burnsville Heating and Air to anyone needing assistance.
