I had Will Bauman the service tech come to my house for a schedule AC maintenance service. I will say without a doubt Will Bauman is a super service tech, kept me informed thru out the whole process. He did a fabulous job of checking out all the areas of the AC, ensuring everything was functioning properly mechanically and temperature wise. Will Bauman i have before he has very good communication skills and besides that he is a very friendly person! Never have been disappointed with Burnsville heating and air conditioning. He introduced himself. He asked questions and gave good responses, He was courteous, kind, and respectful of us. We thought he was very thorough in his job and explained what he did. He commented that everything was paid for and to phone sometime in October for the furnace check up.
