“We can't recommend Crossroads enough after they cared for our dog Fred for so many years. He wasn't exactly an easy patient with two knee surgeries and continuous random issues. Throughout it all the entire Crossroads staff was wonderful to work with and so sweet with our gentle giant. We were extra impressed by Dr. Michels who went out of her way to make sure Fred was comfortable in his last few years. Thank you Crossroads for everything you did for us and our sweet Fred!“

They are able to share information in a way that it doesn’t become too over whelming as well as not pressure you in to any type of care that isn’t absolutely necessary. When our previous vet was not able to see our sick cat for a couple days, Akin Hills squeezed us in the same day and started care for her. They addressed all of our concerns and when it was looking like surgery was needed, Dr. Leslie called around to find us the best and most affordable option. Dr. Leslie and the staff followed-up many times to check on our cat which was so appreciated.“

“I never really write reviews. However, Scott lake deserves one. They have been absolutely amazing for our pit bull mix Roxi. Dr.Tom has been the best vet we have had. Always goes the extra mile and takes his time and is very thorough with any visits. I recommended this place to my family and my 16 year old family dog was brought in as well. He is usually shakes and hates vets but nope not here. He was nice and calm and did super well here. The staff are all helpful as well. It may be a little more expensive than other places but it is worth every penny.“

“I recently boarded my aging dog while on vacation. She was near end of life and needed additional care. The facility brought Ruby to Pet Crossing concerned she needed to be put down. Pet Crossing's doctor called me immediately, provided me her cell number, and worked with me for options to care for Ruby. Ultimately, Pet crossing took care of her all day and sent me numerous photos and videos showing she was doing very well until a friend could pick her up. They helped manage her pain and developed a plan for my friend so I could be with her at the end when I returned. Pet Crossing was extremely compassionate, went above and beyond with their communication, and I felt were reasonable with their fees. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff at Pet Crossing and would not hesitate bringing my other dog there in the future and would recommend Pet Crossing to others based upon this experience.“
