Troy made me feel comfortable and honest to bring up my insurance issues and clarified/explained reasons for such coverages which I also agreed to. Just as I’ve kept my State Farm agent in CA for friendly and good services, I am also looking forward to the same amicable relationship with this State Farm Agency. Toni, the reception lady was pleasant, friendly and funny too. Thank you for the mini-desk calendar as well.
Everyone at the office is super friendly and they seem to really care about what's going on in your life and want to help you! I was really pleased with my visit. Sam was absolutely amazing and listened with interest when I went on my nonsesicile rant about my cat. Thanks very much for making me feel welcome State Farm!
So far so good. Troy responds super fast to my phone call messages, etc. Unlike a lot of people these days. I appreciate it as I'm sure everyone does so keep up the good work, Troy, and all will be good. Troy replaced my regular agent who retired and moved on.
