I first visited Techmate in St. Michael, MN. I was very impressed with the service so I was very glad when Techmate opened a shop in my hometown.We have had the opportunity to use the service at the Buffalo shop and again extremely happy with the service. I was very impressed with Charlie Emrick who helped this old man transfer information from an old computer to a new one.Thank you Charlie and I’m sure if we need further assistance, we will return to your shop. I had a wonderful experience with these guys I really thought for a long time that good Customer Service had ran its course. But my experience with Techmate in Buffalo proved me wrong, when I walked in, the smiles, the mannerism, and the conversation was amazing the knowledge was impeccable. I was very pleased with my computer and the price was fair. so all I can say is if you are tired of just being a number and would like to feel like a wanted customer along with getting quality service this is the place.
