I started going to Natural Roots Salon in February of 2023 after my previous stylist moved out of state. I was hesitant to start at a new place because in past experiences, I would pay what I considered a lot of money to not get the results I was looking for. From my first time working with Kelsie, I knew I was in great hands. She takes the time to listen to you, look at your inspiration photos, ask about your hair coloring history and educate you on good quality products that will make your color last. I've had extensions put in, had my hair colored, highlighted and cut by Kelsie and with every service, I've been extremely happy!

Just had the best massage I've EVER had at Natural Roots Salon in Buffalo! My back, neck, shoulders and arms have not felt this good in years! BREANNA KRAMBER is amazing! I don't usually do this kind of post, but this experience/find was too great to not share it with everyone!
