Fantastic Sam’s in Buffalo has been my go to place for hair care for a long, long time. No matter who I choose for my stylist, I am always treated very well and very professionally. they are all very personable and we always have a good time chatting.
Jolene was very nice and did a good job! The only complaint i have is that i scheduled an appointment at 10:40am and didn't get my hair cut until 11:10am so I waited 30 minutes. Her being kind I would say made up for it. It was a really busy day because it was labor day but i feel like they should honor appointment times first.
My daughter had $400 worth of services today with a stylist named Dorraine. The entire time she was servicing my daughter she was doing a Malibu and color on another client. Instead of drying my daughter’s hair after the Malibu she put my daughter under a dryer and told her to fluff her hair so she could service her other client. Once they got done with the Malibu, foil, color, cut, and conditioning, at ten to five she asked my daughter if she needed her hair dried and styled. At $400 I would think that would be a given.
