Aerostar Heating and Air, based in Buffalo, MN, has been providing quality heating and air conditioning services since 2004. They have built their reputation through referrals from satisfied customers. Aerostar is dedicated to educating homeowners about their options, rather than pressuring them into immediate decisions. Nate is highlighted for his communication and reliability, providing all the info needed to decide on the best furnace and AC, clearly laying out pros and cons. The installation was fast, high quality, and he left the site clean. Nate came out the same day, got the AC back up and running, was super polite and incredibly nice, and explained everything thoroughly. Nathan was great with a timely response and kept customers updated about his arrival time, which was the same day. He fixed what needed to be fixed at a reasonable rate. Customers look forward to continuing to work with Aerostar for any future HVAC needs, would recommend him to anyone that needs work done, and highly recommend him.

We mostly work from referrals from your neighbors. We offer solutions to problems and answers to your questions. We do NOT over sell or push you into choices on the spot. (No high pressure sales) Our job is to educate you on the products or the problems related to your homes heating and cooling needs. Then after you have the facts, You make choices based off what you have learned, and you choose on your time frame how you want to move forward.
