Beware!!! this company is just collecting your $49 service fee. the reviews on this page are mostly about investments have nothing to do with plumbing. they get you by that attractive $49 service fee. I take responsibility for not looking up the reviews first and never talking to anyone on the phone. I called but nobody answered and they text message me right away. I was okay with that until this happened. I had almost everything out of the way on the bathroom faucet underneath the sink. I even had the spout removed all he had to do was remove the two faucets handles that I had a hard time getting to. and install the new faucet that we already purchased. they wanted $650 to remove the two handles and put the new faucet in. that is an absolute rip off and I'm giving them a zero.
