Will did a great job! Was in and out within an hour. I don't know a thing about plumbing, but his explanation was clear and the fix was very fast. Would definitely go with Will and Roto rooter again.
Roto Rooter was prompt, technician extremely friendly, professional, and willing to answer all the questions I had about the issue as well as general plumbing for the house. Efficient and made the proceeds less stressful. Would highly recommend and use again.
Also found the “root” of the problem!
Brad was super helpful, knowledgeable, and calm - which is what we needed after needing to call a plumber on a Sunday. It was not an ideal situation, but we appreciated him coming over within 45 minutes of calling and helping unclog our floor drain under our washing machine. 5/5 speed + customer service!
