We had a demo to do in the living room and kitchen. They removed all the carpeting and installed 700. Beat up 3 and a quarter red oak. Beautiful job came out better than I expected.

I recommend 110%!!! I have used renewed hardwood floors twice to sand and refinish floors at my duplex. Jeff is great! Completed a quote a few days after I called. Price was given after a brief walk through.The work was completed on time and very well done. Floors looked awesome. I had 1000 Sq ft done 6 years ago and the floor has held up great.Price was competitive. Best thing is it was done right and on time. Plan ahead, there can be a little bit of a wait but it's worth it.Before and after photos.

We recently bought a house and made a last minute decision to refinish the pine floors before the big move. Jeff responded the same day and was able to give an estimate the next day. His guy, KC, did it in 3 days and it looks great. We are grateful they had the time and the quality was great. Thank you
