planned parenthood is a great resource and this review isnt a knock on what they do provide.the last two times i have come here to try to get my IUD replaced, they told me it's fine for another year or 2. which is fine! happy i can put it off. the problem is i took work off both times to come here so why couldn't they have told me this over a phone call or email so i didn't have to leave work to sit in the lobby for 45 minutes only to be told to go home? i was beyond frustrated yesterday. they have called and talked to me twice since i scheduled the appointment. they had my charts and history. they could have told me over the phone that i don't need to replace it yet.also...read full review

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic! I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early and was greeted & helped right away. I don't have insurance, so I'm always mindful (and sometimes a little nervous) about going to the doctor for help. Fortunately, the front desk receptionist told me I was eligible for support and educated me on my options! The nurse who helped me (Ran) was welcoming and friendly. And even my doctor (Megan) was polite and patient with all my questions. Clinics can sometime feel scary, or judgemental - but not here! I was helped promptly and in and out within an hour of my scheduled time! I would come back here!

Had an appointment at 12 so arrive at 11:35 went to the desk gave them my id waited an hr for them to say I wasn’t checked in and I had to wait and when a person who had a 12:15 appointment hint seen before and was a different color so I felt I was being profiled ???
