Due to a couple issues, my laundry had backed up and I had piles of it. I decided to try Pilgrim’s laundry service to get caught up. What a fantastic service - pickup and delivery. Clean items are packed so nice. Route Manager Dan is great. I plan on continuing this service for the time being. Nothing negative to say about my experience whatsoever.
I am a route customer of this location. I love the convenience of not having another stop on the way home from work. Driver (Ed) is in and out each Tuesday/Friday with a quick good morning and a smile. My clothes are cleaned as they should be and the service is top notch!
We have been with Pilgrim Dry Cleaners for almost two years. They have always taken good care of everything, especially our custom comforters, which is hard to trust anyone with. Our driver, Dan, is fantastic...friendly and always on time....and he’s very good with adjusting to our crazy schedule.
