“The best groomer in the state. I’ve taken both of my dogs here multiple times over the past 4 years. My toy poodle tends to get matted quickly and she has always been able to get them out without shaving her extremely short. She handles dog with anxiety very well. She’s the only one I trust to give any dog of mine a haircut!!“

“We have had 3 dogs in the last 7 years that we always took to Dr De Jong. She has retired sometime before March of 2024. I will miss her, she was very thorough with exams and explained herself as she went through her exams. My last dog had a vesicular ear infection. After 3 days of that exam she stopped by the house to see her. She was so considerate, Thank you Dr DeJong! That was my last dog that we had to say goodbye to this last March. We now have a new puppy and a new Dr, Dr Taylor who must have bought the business she was pleasant and did not push products on us. She was honest. I want to continue my relationship with her for our puppy but just don't know her very well yet. Any input regarding her, Dr Taylor would be greatly appreciated.“

“We had to switch vet clinics because our first one was not patient with grumpy cats. They helped me with options for getting meds into her ahead of time, and they were prepared for whatever she was going to dish out. In the end, the wonderful doctor was able to get a full exam in, with vaccines, with only one spicy hiss from my grumpy cat. From what I can tell, this clinic is more about pets and people than anything else, and you can feel it when you walk in. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It was the best switch I have made for my pet. I recommend this clinic 100%!“

“To put it simply, all the staff at the Rum River Vet Clinic care. They are some of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and empathetic people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. “Cats Preferred has been taking care of my cat for over 10 years now. Even when I moved to the other side of the metro area, I still drove the 45+ mins to them because of how they treated me and my cat. Unlike most vets I've been to, they actually seem to care for my cat and show an understanding of the bond we form with our cats.
