Damarius was the best. He was quick to fix quite a complex issue and incredibly respectful of my level of IT knowledge (or lack thereof) when explaining future maintenance on how to properly care for my system.This is only my most recent experience out of dozens of amazing interactions with McNallan. My clients in the Brooklyn Park region rely on McNallan's for tech support and computer or printer repair. This company has been around for a long time, always demonstrating reliability and fast response. I'll give a shout out for Mik because he's the second smartest printer guy I've ever worked with, look out Jon Anderson, he might take your title for smartest printer guy!
