About LA Fitness

LA Fitness offers a wide range of amenities at an outstanding value, including state-of-the-art equipment, basketball, group fitness classes, pool, saunas, and more. The gym has made significant improvements, such as adding a turf area, repainting the basketball courts, and opening a healthy smoothie shop. The atmosphere is friendly, and the cleanliness is remarkable, creating a hygienic and inviting space. The spacious layout and diverse range of equipment cater to various fitness needs, making LA Fitness a top-notch fitness destination. Customers appreciate the good monthly rates, especially since the gym offers fitness classes, a pool, and a hot tub. The facility also features art on the walls that many find beautiful and motivating, adding to the aesthetic appeal. Equipment options include a large variety of weight machines, free weights, treadmills, stair climbers, and elliptical machines. However, some users have noted that the gym can have a strong smell, and there is a need for more stations to wipe off equipment. While the staff and instructors vary in attentiveness, many enjoy the friendly environment and the amenities available. The gym remains a popular spot for those seeking a comprehensive fitness experience in a clean, well-equipped environment.

Not a bad place. Good selection of equipment and solid free weights. The gym does stink though. Something needs to be added to help with this. Also, more stations for wiping off equipment.

my favorite thing about la fitness is the ART ON THE WALL. it’s so 2007-2012 coded and i think it’s so beautiful and motivating. it feels so aesthetically pleasing to me. please never change the walls to a modern design as i’ve seen other la fitnesses do. it’s honestly one of the sole reasons why i love la so much.

I went to a competitor for a while but hated their woke politics. I then came back to L.A. Fitness because there are more amenities like pool, hot tub, basketball and volleyball courts, cycle room, tips class room, and handball courts. They also offer a large assortment of weight machines and free weights and a ton of treadmills, stair climbers and elliptical machines.
