She did a very nice job installing a heavier zipper in my jumper and also gained about an inch of extra room for a better fit. It Took about a week. The Zipper color was not an exact match to the jumper but very close so it looked okay, Overall satisfied!

I went in expecting to leave my favorite jacket there for a few days to have the zipper removed and replaced. The tailor said she could repair it instead and she did for a fee that was much less than I expected to spend. I left 10 minutes later WITH my jacket!

I had a rip along the rear pocket on a pair of jeans-style leather pants. I figured this would be a more difficult repair, one that some tailors would rather not try. She was upfront that the repair would still be visible and wouldn't appear as if it had never happened. In the end though, I was quite happy with the result. The repair was done on time and the price was great. I will definitely go back the next time I need a tailor.
