I got a call from the owner and they were incredibly professional about a bad haircut I received. He offered to personally take a look at it, however I was unable to make that happen at the moment. I have had my favorite haircut at this location, and the owner made it right by finding that stylist that did it for me again as I couldn't myself due to bad memory and she will be fixing it. Every business will have quality control issues somehow, but a business that will make it right is worth going to

Gretta is an excellent stylist at Great Clips. I have followed her from one location to another because I want to keep the consistent quality of cut, rapport, and positive friendly attitude she always shows when I need my hair cut. Even though I don't have alot of hair I can count on the same high level of professionalism each time. Thank you Gretta!!
