“I worry that this place is expensive but the doctors, assistants, receptionists, and nurses provided excellent care and service. They have a wide selection of glasses frames but could benefit from carrying the wonky frames advertised by online chains as well.“

She was able to ask Dr. McCarty questions and they decided I needed to be seen. Dr. McCarty was so kind she was done for the day but waited for me to get there to check things out. I so appreciate the kindness of the team and willingness to help me. “Lost a screw on my glasses during my conference in downtown Minneapolis. Since it happened on Sunday, I could only get a repair toolkit from target but the screws are too big. The following day, on my way to the airport, I first went to the target optical store but they said no inventory. Then I headed to Moss and was greeted with big smiles. While having a nice chat, they fixed my glasses in no time and for free. They really have nice people!“
